Why hello there!

A beautiful space where I once worked greets people with the words “you are so welcome here, exactly as you are, we love you already.” I’d like to take the time to extend that same welcome to you in entering my little corner of the internet - welcome to Grace Jones Naturopathy!

Whatever health concern brought you here does not for a moment diminish your worth. Our bodies are clever, and whilst they send us uncomfortable and distressing signals, learning to read these signs and adequately nourish ourselves is a powerful tool in reclaiming health.  

As a naturopath I use a range of modalities, including iridology, food as medicine, herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, flower essences, microbiome mapping, life-enhancing movement, and lifestyle support, to meet you where you’re at and support you in your health goals.

I offer a free discovery call if you’re keen to connect before booking an appointment, and for anyone who requires it, I offer a “Community Clinic” discounted service (which you can read more about below).

I have an online clinic, as well as a space in the heart of beautiful Bellingen - on the sacred and unceded lands of the Gumbaynggirr people - it Always Was, and Always Will Be, Aboriginal Land.
